The person who we envie of taking the idea of making Cheese Heads is Ralph Bruno.
His company, Foamation Inc., moved into a new Milwaukee location in 2016.
Some people call him "The father of foamation." Because The Cheese Head is actually made out of foam.
That is who made our favorite Cheese Head.
How are Cheese Heads made?
First, they spray the mold with water to make sure the Cheese does not stick.
Second, They fill up a big cup with yellow and orange paint.
Third,they poor it in the mold and compress until it's ready.
Fourth, They open the mold and carefully peel the Cheese Head out.
Last but not least, they squeeze all the air out.
Now it's ready to wear!
What are Cheese Heads made out of?
Believe it or not Cheese Heads are made out of foam! That is why Raloh Bruno's company is named Foamation Inc. Ralph frist made the Cheese Head out of his mom's old couch stuffing, a turkey slicer, yellow and orange paint.
